FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: Can I place my Senior Order online, over the phone or via fax?
A: We do not accept telephone or fax orders.
Place your order during the on-campus order taking sessions at      

     your school, in our store, or click here to order online.


Q: How and when do I pay the balance of my Senior Order?
A: The balance of your Senior Order is due March 1st. We make automated phone calls 2 weeks prior to our arrival. You can make

     payments whenever you'd like in store, online or over the phone.

     - All Credit card payments are accepted 
     - Checks, Money orders or Cash can be sent to our office (make sure to include the order number). 

     - Checks will not be accepted at on-campus deliveries.

 

Q: When will I receive my Senior Order &/or Cap & Gown?
A: Senior Orders are delivered around Spring Break and Cap & Gowns will be delivered to the school towards the end of the school

     year. Note: Orders must be paid in full to pick up

 

Q: I didn't pick up my Senior Order at School, now what?

A: We take all orders not picked up on at school back to our office. Stop by during store hours to grab it. 

    - If you are out of town check with your activities director or Senior Sponsor

 

Q: How should my gown fit?

A: Your cap should be snug, not falling off, and not squeezing in any way. Gowns are made to fit like a potato sack. The bottom should hit anywhere in between the knee and ankle. You should be able to sit down comfortably without it feeling tight. 

Q: Is it too late to order my Cap & Gown?

A: Prices increase in December and gown sizing is not guaranteed after February.

Q: Is it too late to order Announcements?

A: After February 1st, quantities and products are limited. We do order extra announcements and sell them on a first-come, first-serve basis, online orders are accepted until supplies last or Senior Order Delivery. 


Q: Is it too late to order my Class Ring?
A: It is NEVER too late to order your Class Ring! We are happy to help you order your Class Ring any time that you are ready -

whether it is two months into your junior year of high school or twenty years after graduation.

Q: Do you offer payment plans or layaway for Class Ring orders?
A: Absolutely! We want to make it possible for every student to afford a Class Ring. We offer no interest payment plans with a

required $10 minimum monthly payment.

A: Tuesday & Wednesday: 9am -11:30am

    Thursday & Friday : 1pm - 5pm
