FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When will I receive my graduation items?

Cap and gowns are taken to the school the week of graduation. However, each school is different so please visit the Order/Delivery tab for the latest information. Starting in 2026, announcement orders will be shipped to the student's home. Orders will begin shipping in the New Year, and orders must be paid in full to enter production.

I missed the on campus delivery date. Where is my order?

Every school is different. Please give us a call during store hours for accurate information.

Can I call to order?

We do not accept telephone or fax orders. Place your order during the on-campus order taking sessions at your school, in our store, or click here to order online.

How should my gown fit?

Your cap should be snug but comfortable when the elastic is in the back. Gowns are intended to fit with plenty of room and should hit anywhere between the knee and the ankle. You should be able to sit down without any squeezing or bunching.

When is my senior order balance due?

Please pay your senior order balance by February 14th, 2026. Click the Make a Payment tab, call or visit our office. Please note that announcement orders will not go into production until they are paid in full.

When is the deadline to order a Class Ring?

There are no deadlines on Class Rings! 1985 or 2029, visit our office to check out current styles. A $30 back fee will be applied to orders from previous calendar years. Pre-Holiday and Pre-Graduation delivery deadlines will vary by school year and may not be set yet. Please contact our store for questions.
