Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located on Eubank in between Indian School and Constitution on the west side of the street. We look forward to seeing you!

Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Tuesday thru Friday 1:00 - 5:00 p.m. & Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.; we are closed most school holidays - please call for hours during summer & winter breaks.

Q: Is it too late to order my Class Ring?
A: It is NEVER too late to order your Class Ring! We are happy to help you order your Class Ring any time that you are ready - whether it is two months into your junior year of high school or twenty years after graduation. Please feel free to come by our office to view samples and discuss the hundreds of options available to you at your convenience.

Q: Can I place my Class Ring order or my Senior Order over the phone or via fax?
A: We do not accept telephone or fax orders. You are invited to place your order during your on-campus order-taking sessions at your school, in our store-front, or via USMAIL.

Q: How and when do I pay the balance of my Senior Order?
A: The balance of your Senior Order is due at the time of on-campus delivery. You will be notified of the date of your on-campus delivery at least 2 weeks prior to our arrival. You are invited to make payments on your order throughout the school year. Credit card payments (all types except AMEX) are accepted via telephone. Check and money order can be sent to our office & will be accepted, along with cash, at on-campus deliveries.

Q: When will I receive my Senior Order &/or Cap & Gown?
A: Senior Orders & Cap & Gowns will be delivered to the schools (& released with final payment) in the Spring. Please contact our office or your school's Activities Office for the specific date.

Q: Do you offer payment plans or layaway for Class Ring orders?
A: Absolutely! We want to make it possible for every student who wants a Class Ring to be able to wear a Class Ring. We offer customizable NO INTEREST payment plans to suit everyone's needs. Please ask a Campus Specialties team member today!
